1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trusty (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Trusty provides a personal productivity application for task management, habit tracking, and reminders, available on iOS and Android. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, trademarks, and software within the App are the exclusive property of Trusty or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is explicitly stated here.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform-specific refund policies.
  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusty and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or our business. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
